I wanted to like this company, they are very nice people but I feel they are category specific. It just did not work with the category we sell in because they frankly didn't know anything about it. I wish they would tell you they are not a good fit in the category but they force it just to take on the account. They made a lot of mistakes and since they charge hourly, they charge you again for the time spent correcting those mistakes. The frustration comes from issues they had internally, I suffered because my account rep left the company mid-project and everything got lost in translation. It was a lot of money, I was patient but then had to cut my losses and move on. I had to go in personally and clean up a lot of listing errors myself. Errors that could have easily been avoided. Overall I think Fountainhead could be a good fit for the right seller selling in basic categories. If you sell in a specific niche maybe have them present some testimonials of a similar category you sell in. Sorry Fountainhead, it did not work out. ### ★★★★★ 满意的顾客 - Kurt Neuswanger · 2023-01-27 · 已验证 Matt has been responsive, knowledgeable and proactive and most of all patient with us. ### ★★★★★ Very helpfull and knowledgeable - Peter H.
