We have worked with 2 other third party companies to help us with our Amazon business with little to no success. Fountainhead cleaned up all our product pages, created us a storefront and spear headed our Paid Advertising campaigns. Matt is great to work with and is a great account manager. He has always been very responsive to our questions and concerns and helped us every step of the way. Fountainhead has also helped us in the design and development of two of our company websites. FME guided us step-by-step through the entire process of getting us onto Amazon for the first time. From the Amazon Brand Registry process to optimizing each listing and running targeted ad campaigns FME has been easy to work with. Communication on a weekly basis has been great, and anytime we present them with an issue they are quick to find a resolution or a plan to resolution.
