We ensured that the nature of the automatic billing was communicated during the initial signup, on the order form where your purchase was made, in our Terms of Service, and on the confirmation receipt that you received after purchase. The only "lifetime access" we offer is through our All Access Pass which typically sells for thousands of dollars. We value you experience and perspective, and want nothing more than to remain a helpful resource for you and your farming journey. We issued a full 100% refund in USD for the amount of your purchase. We wish there was a way to account for this! We care very much, and have attempted to assist you in a polite, respectful, and reasonable manner. We offered to extend your refund window by an additional 30 days. We also granted you free unlimited access to our entire platform, including all courses and resources we have to offer ($15K in value). There is nothing else we can offer in an attempt to satisfy you.
