This company portrays itself as being a US-based company, but it's shipped directly from China. I bought some night vision goggles for my son for Christmas. Shipping was a nightmare and took forever to arrive. So I had to buy some elsewhere. I wasn't overly worried because the website said it takes returns. I asked for a return and was told the same as others, that their warehouse doesn't take returns right not but they'll give me 50% back and let me keep the item. I wasn't in the mood for a battle, so I did it.
