When you contacted our service team on 6/9, we offered to reship the order at our own cost, and when you preferred not to receive a replacement we fully refunded your purchase and cancelled your account, which will not change unless you log in and request more shipments. Hi Jim, I apologize for this frustrating experience. I see that after checkout on 5/27 the prepaid 6 month plan was selected, which is what generated the $105 charge attempt. That charge was declined and was never collected, so no 6 month payment was ever taken from your account, and we shipped your introductory order for $7.91 instead, which was delivered. When you contacted us on 6/6 we refunded your $7.91 payment in full and cancelled your account, which will not change unless you log in and request more shipments.
