### ★★☆☆☆ Not very good quality
- Jennifer M · 2026-06-04

I don't feel like it is the same quality portrayed in the ad. The foot straps and handles are not sturdy or comfortable. Range of motion is limited as well.

### ★★★★★ Good communication
- ᴊᴏʏ. | ᴍᴜᴀ. 🩶🌸 · 2026-06-04

I like that I received consistent updates as to where the package would be located from start to finish. That gave me peace of mind and I appreciate it so much 😊

### ★★★★☆ Nice flowers but slow delivery
- Ken Copeland · 2026-06-02

Product was just as described. My only problem was it took over 3 weeks for the package to arrive.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Ordered on April 29th and still have not received product. Getting the run around from the company
- bev ziegler · 2026-05-17

I believe they have no intention of getting the flowers to me.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Worst internet seller
- Dorothy LaCombe · 2026-05-10

Order placed 4/9/26 for MOTHER'S DAY. I kept getting updates and emails from their support telling me to be patient. Well it's MOTHER'S DAY and I've heard nothing in a week. The tracking shows the flowers are in San Francisco, that's the other side of the country! I will never buy from them again and neither should anyone.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Delivery not in the promised time…
- Marc Duquette · 2026-05-08

Delivery not in the promised time frame. Tracking data not provided. Contact with customer support results only in a canned response. Received identical response to three queries. Website claims 15000 trustpilot reviews whereas trustpilot.com says no reviews.
