Sorry about that! It looks like your package was delayed by USPS, but it is still on route. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do once it is in the shipping company's hands. You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Hey neighbor! Glad you found us. Thanks for giving us a shot!

Sorry about that. Unfortunately that is always a possibility with carnival inflates, but we are always happy to refund you for any defective merchandise. We will be reaching out to you to fix it!

Thank you for the feedback, these large duck assortments can have many different styles so it is difficult to have an accurate picture. We will try to make that more clear!

Sorry about that! Products sold by the dozen have (DZ) in the name as well as "sold by the dozen" in the description, but we know not everyone is used to buying by the dozen and may not realize! Thanks for the feedback.

Thank you for the feedback, we will take that into consideration. We are a small company and can't ship things as cheaply as the big guys. It is difficult to lower shipping prices without raising our product prices, which is what a lot of companies do to disguise the cost of shipping.

Thanks, we are lucky to have her! We know appointments aren't ideal for everyone, but unfortunately we just don't have the staff to be able to be open to the public.
