Our platform prioritizes safety and transparency for all users, and many profiles go through verification as part of that effort. We continuously work on improving our enforcement mechanisms to keep the community trustworthy for everyone. If there are specific profiles or conversations that raised concerns, we encourage you to contact support@funchatt.help with the relevant details so that a thorough investigation can be conducted. (2026-07-31): Hi there, We take your concerns very seriously. Allegations about scam activity, high spending, app permissions, contact exchange limitations, and paid gift features are important, and we do not ignore them. We would like to review your case directly, including your credit usage, gift purchases, contact exchange experience, and any concerns about app permissions. Please contact support@funchatt.help using the email linked to your account and include screenshots, payment details, or profile examples so our team can investigate this properly.
