I was funded trader recieved my first payout of 7.7k usd with no problems however they refused my second pay out and closed my account. I emailed support several times without success. They seem to be ignoring me. I have tried to reach out to them however i feel this company is there to take your money and if your successful they don't like paying and will ban you. When I posted on discord they kicked me out. The owner AJ should he ashamed of himself. I worked very hard for that payout.
it is not misinformation as i have sent several emails to which you havent even replied, contacted support several times but was told internal team are looking into it,howevere if you took the time to reply to the emails i sent instead of replying here then maybe i wouldnt be posting this here.

you think you can scare people out of payments using this tactic. the examples you sent via emails are shocking. some of them trades were hours apart. you didnt like the fact i have a winning rate of 75% and your company was losing money.

You were denied a payout because you were using an illegal trading style that is noted in our FAQ’s and has been there since we started operation.
We are looking for real, professional traders with good risk management who follow our rules.
We aren’t in the business to ban any trader, but our rules are our rules and you must follow with them. Many prop firms, including FundedX have this rule protect themselves from malicious trading activity.
Quite impressed with Fundedx and happy to recieve my career first payout! Support have been absolutely quick to answer any questions and payouts are initiated and recieved instantly. Great firm, no issues whatsoever.

AJ is a scammer, lmao I just did his signal service and it's a full 200% scam! He says you will make money which is a crime in it self but he never shares the losses. They just took 4 stoplosses in a day. When talking to AJ he will just block you and remove you from the group!

Slippage can be caused by several different factors such as market conditions, high impacting news releases and sharp market flunctuations and sometimes these things happen. You can contact AI support or ask to speak to one of our team members any time!

Slippage was doubling my risk
Recently shut down to force everyone to their new platform - accounts were breached because of this and am still without the accounts over a week later with no response from their support

Hi Dylan, FundedX never shut down. We simply migrated everyone over to a new tech provider and trading platform to give our traders even better trading than ever before. The spread is at industry standard and the commission is industry standard $7 per lot. Slippage can be caused by several different factors such as market conditions, high impacting news releases and sharp market flunctuations and sometimes these things happen. Accounts were not breached, they were actually migrated and brought back to the profit levels they were at, or if in drawdown, reset to starting balance!
I've been with FundedX since the beginning and I can tell by first hand that the team has been always focused at providing what's best for the community such as support, spreads, hearing the community, etc.
Team is always making sure we as customers get the best things out of it.
i took my first trade on march 13 at my funded account challenge stage 1 . However till 19 march my dashboard still shows that i only did trading for 2 days . How is this possible ? i Filed a complaint a as well but its been 3 days and still not fixed yet .

Spreads are horrible as for any prop firm using Interactive Brokers. I took the exact same trades using a trade copier, one challenge passed and the other no where near it.
