We would also like to clarify that the change from a 6 million order to a 3.1 million order was not an arbitrary decision on our side. Due to the severe shortage of in-game currency, market prices increased dramatically—nearly doubling within one day. Despite these market conditions, we continued to offer some of the most competitive prices available while working to fulfill customer orders as fairly as possible.

Once the final order was placed under the updated conditions, it was successfully completed within a few hours. In addition, we credited bonus compensation to your UT account as an apology for the delays and inconvenience.

We are not trying to avoid responsibility for your experience. On the contrary, we recognize that the delays in reviewing your order created unnecessary frustration, and we sincerely regret that. Throughout the process, our team did everything possible to resolve the situation as quickly and carefully as circumstances allowed.
