Excellent service and wonderful site design my experience with gamereasy.com has been fantastic! Initially i was sceptical about one of these sort of sites but after using them and how swiftly they've replied to both my inquiries and initial issues with my typing of my gaming handle, definitely going to use them again.
Gamereasy is simply an amazing company, the best in the niche market that it is in. The layout of the website is very simple and easy to use. Finding what you're looking for is incredibly straight forward. The process of ordering, and obtaining your order is very fast and efficient. Best of all, the customer service they provide is extremely open and friendly, the staff are patient and accomodating - and are more than willing to go the 'extra mile' if you encounter any difficulties with your order. One CSR (Customer Service Representitive) I spoke to; Dasha (Oracle), was extremely welcoming to my small talk and more than happy to help me in finding a coupon code, and clarifing the delivery time of the order. More than that, if I had a company that required employees in the cusomter service devision, I would definitely pick Dasha first. All in all, a great service with generous coupon codes that allow you to either pay less, or gain a bonus in your order. Highly recommended if you're looking for a company that puts you as their main focus, and if you're looking for a company that will put your in their very top priorities. Thank you Gamereasy, and Dasha, for your excellent service. Thank you everyone else for reading.
there chat support is very good they are very helpful with your esquires with anything about your purchase now ive used them i will be returning to use them again would recommend this site to anyone.
Honestly I thought this website was a scam after seeing a few buddies purchase units from this website I decided to try it myself and it was great got my units the next day and have recently rebought units several times since then way better priced than kabam if you are ever in the need of cheap units to help finish a difficult event highly recommend buying here i used the code "speed" to save a bit more money too
Relatively "cheap" for the amount of credits you are getting. It is fast. Safe. And Easy. You will not get banned or anything. Its simply...Awesome!
Myself and my alliance has been buying Mcoc units for a while now, compared to other competitors they offer the best pricing as well as in-game and Line support for any questions which is great . I've heard others complain about the high-dollar PayPal verification, but it's for your protection, that's a + in my book. Only down side, if any is not having a window or time frame for deliver, everything else is great .
Bought units for mcoc several times and so did my teammates. Same delivery time everyday, safe and consistent.
I recommend this website! I'm ordering almost every weeks from them. I have Always had a good costumer service and good deals from Gamereasy.com I'm using the promotional code: Easy5 to get 5% discount every times.
I am so glad that I found this company!! There are so many games for consoles that have codes for special items.. it's very hard to find one for a mobile device.. Well this is it. 100% amazing and fast service great communication! Ordered the mcoc Odin vault package!! Don't hesitate this company is fantastic! !
Everything is good with the company except the verification process if you're using Paypal. There's no need for that with Paypal. That's the whole purpose of that websight. Other than that, this company has high praises from me. Fix verification, and I give you 5 stars, instaed of 4, I purchased MCOC Gold, and gamereasy delivered within the time promised.
The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because of how long it takes to get your purchase in game, but it's pretty great otherwise. Purchase was MCOC Units.
Wasnt expecting this to work, but was fairly easy. Pretty fast and efficient. Verification was a little tricky because order was over 100 for Units with Marvels Contest of Champions. They worked with me with fast response. will be using these guys in the future. Wonderful experience, Best, Fath
This is a legit company that cares about their customers. My only complaint is the 24 hour turn around time to receive units. Aside from that, they are great to work with.
Why do websites such as gamereasy exist? I tried to purchase in game currency via two different third party websites. Yes, I understand it ruins the experience for hard working gamers, which I was at one point. With websites that exist for the sole purpose of "helping" you get along, why would anyone not try to use them? I tried to get extra in game currency for neverwinter and paid a ridiculous amount of money for the items. I would told to wait 1 hour, then 2, then 12. I was patient and waiting until the morning. Here is the following dialog: Thanks for contacting us. _ Hello...I place an order last night and was told to wait several hours. My order number is 20247250. Also I just realized that because I order 2M Astrals, that I was supposed to Post two items on AH and set the buyout price each for 1.1M...I have since done that under the tag Sp3ctre_D@Sp3ctr3_D oraclexx: Hello. You still here? I am here I corrected my mistake of posting one item I posted two items. oraclexx: I'm waiting for reply from delivery service now. Ok Thank you for waiting, but unfortunately now we don't have stock to finish your order. could I have my refund processed please? As polite as they were, when I asked for a refund after a non delivery, I processed a dispute on Paypal. Subsequently I received an e-mail from gamereasy to revoke my dispute and a refund would be processed. Shady? I think so. Dishonest? Very much so. Don't waste your time with these online scammers or you will learn a lesson the hard way like I did.
Honestly, in the beginning it was a bit of a hassle trying to work with them. But after the first couple of times, things rolled very smoothly. I have used them to assist me with a few of the games I play, and they are very fast and efficient!
They told me I needed to add them on facebook to verify my identity even though I was going to spend 30 dollars less than the amount it says needs verification in the FAQ . I had my credit card and all relevant info but it was a ridiculous hassle .
I made the purchase for FFXIV, literally 5 minutes later i get a friend request then boom. All done!!, 5 minutes!! I am so shocked and imprressed , best absolutely best service ever!!! 5/5. Ill be coming back!! Great work
