Don’t know what everyone’s moaning about also the live chat is extremely rapid 10/10 ### ★☆☆☆☆ This is scam casino - Goch · 2023-06-10 This is scam casino, i recieved email for 30 non deposit free spins and when i start the game i used the 30 spins where i won bonus but i NEVER recieved the cash that i won on that free spins. When i spoke with the support they said it was problem with the platform and that they can see i never used the 30 free spins. After some time they told me the spins is wager but i send them the email that its non deposit free spins and how i played the game the first time and they dont know what to say. Dont use this casino guys, its a scam ! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Not impressed - RT · 2023-02-15 Used this casino after getting a promotion email, deposited and wagered for the free spins which I won barely anything on. Also it wont let you view your balance in cash or £ so it’s only visible in btc which wasn’t great. It then asked me to wager more so I asked customer service about it. After loosing my money I have requested to close the account which was done promptly ### ★☆☆☆☆ Scam - Ingrid Ella · 2023-01-24 Scam, and illegal casino ### ★★★★☆ Games.bitcoin casino - Broskis Are the best · 2022-05-09 Live casino Fast payout Ashley and Gene from CS have helped me greatly during my time on this website. Withdrawed 3 times wherein the last one was quite a big win. Where I first was afraid I wouldnt receive my funds but still got everything paid within 4 days of withdrawing. All in all a good casino to play at. Could use a bit more providers such as BTG and some bonus buys games. Could use some extra help in support during the weekends Could use a bit more providers such as BTG and some bonus buys games. Could use some extra help in support during the weekends. And would be better if the CS could give a bit more accurate ETAs of bigger withdrawals so the customers dont have to be stressed about it. All in all good expierence would certainly recommend for players who want to stay anonymous ### ★★★★★ Deposited $450 today - Niko · 2022-05-09 Deposited $450 today, played for 4 hours and then ordered withdrawal, after 20 minutes i received money. I can safely say that this is not a scam. I'll be back to play soon :) ### ★★★★★ BEST ONLINE CASINO IN THE BUSINESS - Tim · 2022-04-13 1st off I’d like to say that the 1 star reviews here sound like fake reviews from most likely competing casinos but aside from that let’s talk about some good news. I haven’t been playing very long at this casino but I am a more than convinced that they have the players best interest at heart. They’re claim of being anonymous is 100% the way it is and I can assure you with all certainty that they do pay out when you win. I’ve had 2 fairly large wins both being over 10k$ within 2-3 weeks of each other and I just knew I was going to get the runaround about being paid but without even the slightest problem I was paid in full within an hour or so both times. I’ve played at many many online casinos and I’ve never felt as comfortable as I do now. And the bonuses are awesome, I received a 20% cash back bonus from my last week’s deposits free and clear with no crazy x40 playthrough like other casinos, I received it Free and clear and although I was a little skeptical about it they came through and my bonus was available for immediate cash out if I wanted. Although all bonuses are not without wagering restrictions I have been very pleased with they’re shake up of the typical online gaming business. It seems to lookout for the player and that being said bitcoin.com casino also has a dedicated team that observes your game play and characterics and bases VIP bonuses on just that. All in all I have the utmost respect for them because they seem to be doing the right things the right ways and as a consistent player that means a ton when it’s your hard earned money. Nobody is going to win all the time but all players want the casino to at least be fair and I feel that I’ve received more than just fairness but an in-depth look at how the casino business should be run. Special shout out to Ash and Olena who are the best casino reps in the business, I appreciate all you do and the fairness you have provided. For concerned players out there this is the place to go. They are #1. ### ★☆☆☆☆ UNLICENSED ROGUE CASINO - CasinoWatchdog · 2021-12-06 They run an illegal unlicensed crypto casino located at games.bitcoin.com or cash games.bitcoin.com. They ignore any disputes or messages and will continue to do so hoping you’ll just give up. What they are doing breaches several laws and regulations. This casino is a breeding ground for problem gamblers and has no controls in place to control this. But ultimately it’s unlicensed and doesn’t verify its users identity which means it is illegal and the owners could receive over 4 years imprisonment for running it. ### ★★★★★ Went in with 100$ and in about an hour… - Justin · 2021-12-01 Went in with 100$ and in about an hour later I made 485$ total. I withdrawed and thought I was gonna be scammed seeing the reviews here. Had some issues with my account as well, have been in contact with customer support the whole time, and got paid out a few hours laters. For me a good experience. ### ★★★★★ **Update on Funds** They owe me over 0.1 BTC keep saying… - Rob Parry · 2021-10-18 UPDATE Funds have been paid, CS team responded to each message and fixed any/all issues. They owe me over 0.1 BTC keep saying that the admin needs to approve the withdrawal. Been 3 days so far, I will update if they pay. ### ★☆☆☆☆ CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY FAR THE MOST… - JEFF · 2021-04-30 CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY FAR THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PIECES OF S**T I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THE GAMES ARE RIGGED, THERE BONUSES SUCK OVERALL THIS S**THOLE IS NOTHING BUT A UNLICENSED MONEY GRUBBING CON-HUT. GO AHEAD GO DONATE YOUR MONEY. THEY DONT CARE. F-ING MAGGOTS, THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR BETTER YET, "HACKED" ### ★★★★★ I was reading reviews whilst waiting… - Kyle James · 2021-03-31 I was reading reviews whilst waiting for payout and I thought ffs they’ve scammed me I actually won just over 0.01 Btc so not too bad from 0.0003😂 And after reading reviews I didn’t think they were gonna pay but woke up to $700 in Coinbase so I figured they actually do deserve a decent rating👌👍 thanks games.Bitcoin.com👍👍 keep up the good work and it’ll pay off As for the only other decent reviews that says you can only cash 50 out and they lock you account is bs and will only be limited if it’s bonus funds👍👍(guaranteed) ### ★☆☆☆☆ Scam casino - Edi x · 2021-02-06 Scam casino They display slots that when you register and make a deposit don’t work so you end up just wasting you money on a cartoon roulette game that a 12 year old can make. When i asked support about none of the slots work they didn’t give a shi..
