### ★☆☆☆☆ THIS RESELLING PROGRAM IS A SCAM!
- Bian Sagapung · 2026-08-23

I deposited funds to use their reseller program, but after the deposit I was unable to use the balance for purchases. I was told that the issue was related to their provider having insufficient balance. I have followed up multiple times, but after almost five days, the balance is still unusable.
What is frustrating is that communication has been difficult, and I have not received a clear timeframe for when the issue will be resolved. For a reseller program that requires customers to deposit funds in advance, I expected more responsive customer support and clearer communication when problems occur.
I hope they resolve the issue and improve their customer support, because having funds deposited but being unable to use them for several days is a serious concern for a reseller.
