They sent the wrong artwork. I emailed them to let them know, and they did offered to replace it. Once I received the replacement, it was also wrong and had an invoice for somebody in a completely different state in a different name. So now I have received two wrong photos that look nothing like what I ordered and they have not responded to me yet about the second order. When I finally received the package, a poster tube, it was empty. I immediately contacted both carrier and Gamma made and initially GM was very responsive. They asked for pictures of the tube and the labels on it. I supplied these and got a helpful response back. That was a month ago and ever since there has been complete radio silence and no responses to my inquiries. I’ve been polite and understanding throughout this disappointing process.
