I bought a few items from their site and they overcharged me and the items were not as described or as the images / videos showed. I have been going back and forth to get a refund and return the items but they offer me $4 usd which is insulting. They never provide an address where you can try returning the items and claim they use a shipping company and do not pack or send the items so they cannot verify if the items are incorrect.
