Zero transparency and unable to provide any proof of fair play
Results of their casino games are highly likely to be manipulated. When asked their support for full bet history of my own account, they are unable to provide me with it. When asked to review the rounds, they first claim that they are unable to give any internal details or recordings, refusing to cooperate. Then all of a sudden i was told they checked the rounds and everything was ok but when i asked for proof, they are unable to provide me with any of it. 0 transparency and they are claiming that everything is fair/not manipulated when they cant even prove it. When i asked support, they claim that due to their provider's rules they are unable to provide me with what im asking for. However, when i asked their provider's support, they told me to ask the casino itself for anything.
