Very poor customer service. Despite having done nothing wrong, their "algorithm" as they call it, has put my account into moderation several times. When this happens, you can send messages but they don't get thru, so the intended recipient does not see them. They are more than happy to take your money, in fact you are charged for the messages that don't go anywhere. You can email their support staff until you are blue in the face, you might hear from them within 24 hours. Whatever your problem is, it will be at least that long before it is resolved, if it is resolved. Right now I've been contacted by them saying my account is clear, night it's not. I talk to one person and I know she will answer. She's not getting the messages. I told them this and they said my account is in good standing. Oh well, I have not been able to message for 2 days, and I'm waiting for tomorrow to get again. It is the worse customer service I've ever encountered anywhere. And it's frustrating as hell when you know you haven't done anything wrong and you have paid for gems. They suck.
