They always mention that they do not have enough staff to handle appointments. Even when booking more than a month in advance, they still struggle to arrange a suitable time. However, when it comes to renewing packages or memberships, their response is very fast. Payments are made on time every month, but the service provided is very disappointing, especially for beauty facial appointments. Go to the immigration office and apply for citizenship. That is the message I got from one of the employee at GHHS, I got a call from the Center, did not pick up, then I put the number on my contact list, as if to see anything surprising coming to life suddenly, chatted on whatsup, given the details of blood test campaign for free, then I submitted, realized that I am not a Malaysian, I received the message up top. Wow, I don't know how to interpret it, but honestly I think it is racist, what kind of service offered in a credit medical centre here ?
