After weeks of waiting with no shipping updates, I received a cheap pair of pants that looked nothing like the pictures on the website and it wasn't even the same color. I spent over 80$ on what looked like quality designer pants, and probably received something worth closer to 15$. I tried to get a refund from the company but they refused to pay for the shipping costs, which were over 50$ (over half of what I paid). I was not going to just throw away 50$ after GINGTTO sent me a product that was falsely advertised on their website, so I was forced to report the charge to my bank as fraudulent and throw the pants away. I am convinced the positive reviews here are fake and paid for by the company. ### ★★★★★ Was happy with the shirt that I ordered. - Connie VanWinkle · 2026-07-03 · 已验证 Was happy with the shirt that I received. It was exactly what I ordered. If you're ordering it says 5 to 10 days but add on another week for you to receive it. But as long as you plan on that it's fine. Would order again from this company. > 商家回复 (2026-07-24): Hi Connie, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this wonderful review! If you’re a man, and you have a difficult time finding clothing and apparel to fit you “properly” and to really complement your figure and physical flaws regardless of your size, you’re gonna love this brand GINGTTO BOTH directly on their website or on AMAZON. > 商家回复 (2026-07-24): Hi BillG, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this wonderful review! Perfect - BARRY BERLAND · 2026-05-20 The Gingtto short I purchased has been one of the very best fitting and quality shorts I have had in many years. However the length was a bit long for me, which I had cut back to a 7inch inseam. Gingtto, makes a great short, I am very pleased BarryB > 商家回复 (2026-07-24): Hi BARRY, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this wonderful review! An even better improvement would be a button fly version. I would highly recommend any of the pants from this company superb fit true to the sizing with good stretch to fit. inseam is perfect, a slightly higher would be an improvement. delivery time is also good. all in all a great purchase that i am pleased with. > 商家回复 (2026-07-24): Hi Paul , Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this wonderful review! At this point I’ve bought more than 10 pairs of jeans from them, which probably says everything on its own. I love the fit, I love the look, and one of the biggest things for me is the consistency. I can order online and already know pretty well how they’re going to fit me, which makes the whole process so much easier. Right now this is definitely my favorite jeans brand. I believe there may be a misunderstanding; our team has already reached out to you, and if you simply provide your order number and photos of the product, we can clear this up for you. ### ★★★★★ Gingtto pants are legendary! - Ryan G · 2026-03-04 Gingtto pants are legendary!
