No Reply - Derek · 2024-09-11 · 已验证 There were multiple issues with my order. I emailed twice, used the "contact us" function on the website, and also tried the chat function. No reply whatsoever. I was a little disappointed things were missing from the order. Waited 5 days for a reply. The description was also wrong on the website for one of the items. Would not recommend. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Sent the wrong item - Unsatisfied Customer · 2024-08-11 · 已验证 Sent the wrong item. I have contacted them via email over a week ago and still no response. Will NEVER do business with this company again! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Wrong item and broken - Sabrina Leaf · 2024-07-20 · 已验证 I received the wrong item, the wrong pattern, and it was completely broken and shattered upon arrival. Will not be buying from this company again. ### ★★★★★ Quite fast delivery time - Marek Vozný · 2024-05-17 · 已验证 Quite fast delivery time. Goods packed well. Gaiwan is beautiful and I am really enjoying it. What I order was exactly what I received and that’s a plus!!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ The customer service is horrible - Ugo · 2024-04-28 · 已验证 The customer service is horrible, I wanted to cancel my order so they ignored and respond me after ten days saying they already shipped the package. Horrible experience ### ★★★★★ Wonderful customer service - Normand Healy · 2024-03-11 · 已验证 Wonderful customer service! Fast and efficient. I had a question about my order and they responded promptly and to my satisfaction. The purchase I made for my wife, was even more beautiful than pictured on the website. My wife is thrilled with the earrings. I, or my wife, will be shopping again very soon. ### ★★★★★ I am very happy with my purchases - thangarany shanmugham · 2023-11-29 · 已验证 I am very happy with my purchases. The handbags were beautifully crafted and made excellent wedding gifts. The ceramic persimmon jar is a good size for nuts and adding vibrant color on my counter. I would like to add that the support team was responsive and helped to find a substitute handbag as the one I originally picked was not available. I will give a five star rating for my overall experience and the quality of the items I purchased. In my opinion Glorious Collection is a hidden gem! > 商家回复 (2023-11-30): Thank you for your support of Glorious Collection. Your five-star rating is our motivation. Very pleased with the lovely piece. A pleasure doing business with your company. Thank you. > 商家回复 (2023-11-23): Thank you, look forward to your next collaboration ### ★☆☆☆☆ The items sent looked as though a child… - K. Leslie · 2023-10-24 · 已验证 The items sent looked as though a child had painted them, which is concerning that child labor may be involved. This company refuses to respond to any email requests and there is no customer service available of any kind. > 商家回复 (2023-10-25): Dear, we have sent you an email and explained the process issue to you. Have you not checked the email？ ### ★★★★☆ Peach - Very cute - Chantal · 2023-10-22 · 已验证 I did not give 5 stars because there are two little spots on top of the peach which I don't know if it's suppose to be part of the design or a mistake with the paint. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Not worth the risk - janie carlisle · 2023-10-20 One of the items sent is fine, and the other two look as though they were painted by a five year old. There is no quality control and these are too expensive to take this kind of risk for substandard items. > 商家回复 (2023-10-25): Dear, we were unable to locate your order. You can send us an email to ensure that we can resolve your concerns. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I have got only halv of things I payed… - Kund · 2023-10-04 · 已验证 I have got only halv of things I payed for. It is impossible to track the sanding. When I asked where my package is nobody answered. I don't know how can I get my money back when it seems to that nobody cares. > 商家回复 (2023-10-23): Sweetie, your parcel is sperate 2 cargos on your logistic limited, we tracking the info you received the whole products, hope you like it. ### ★★★★★ What a beautiful persimmons - Steven B Dunn · 2023-09-26 · 已验证 What a beautiful persimmons, well packed and arrived on time. ### ★★★★☆ Red headed crane tea pot and cups - Robert Burgess · 2023-09-24 · 已验证 The product arrived. It is beautiful. It is what I expected it would be. The tracking of the package was nearly no help at all when compared to the tracking of all the other shipments I have delivered. So, with it being my first purchase and not knowing how long it would take or when I could expect to receive it, that is my only complaint. Customer service always responded to me and were reassuring with regard to my concerns about where the package was. Overall I am glad I ordered this tea set from them. ### ★★★★☆ Very nice product - Robert · 2023-09-24 · 已验证 Very nice product. Fits well with our collection of tea pots. ### ★★★★★ Very nice collection! - Cindy Fisher · 2023-08-14 · 已验证 Very nice collection!!
