I believe my instant email reply that you gave me credit for, and your statement: "I will probably place another order in the future Thank you very much" along with the personal special discount i gave you, would have given me a star rating that's a little better than 1. I understand your frustration, and only want to do whatever you feel is the best thing a company like me can do. I really look forward to hearing from you.

Hi there, i believe we spoke about your purchase and i would like to further help. You purchased the product, and used it. Your disappointment is with the product itself. i was happy to give a discount that allowed me to break even, and you to benefit from Voice Caddies most recent product, or alternatively suggested that you could reach out to Voice Caddie, get a new unit from them as a new customer and return the brand new unit to me, which would then allow me to give you a full refund. I am a golf coach and use the product with some students. I have highly credible golf coach friends that have spoke wonderful words about the product also. Doing this means the cost of what you need is increases disproportionately (unfortunately). I can help you out with this but just know the price range is 3-30 Thousand dollars. We did not have the staff to support a high enough level of customer service and respond to inquiries in good time. Because of this you suffered and had a less than amazing experience.
