It felt professional. I assumed they were part of the company, so I followed their guidance and ended up depositing $26,000. Only later did I find out they were linked to an external Introducing Broker, something that was never disclosed to me at any stage. When my account was lost, I filed a formal complaint (Ref: GB/2026/003). Golden Brokers denied responsibility and pointed to this Introducing Broker structure, the same one they never told me about. I responded, outlining their obligations under their Labuan Financial Services Authority license (MB/19/0030), including lack of disclosure, trading guidance without agreement, and the use of a third-party payment processor I was never informed about. They acknowledged it. Said they would investigate. Then nothing. 14 days passed: No response. No documents. No answers. If someone is guiding your trades: Ask in writing who they are.
