I can tell that this company uses a third-party customer service company to deal with their products, which just shows that Mumba doesn’t care about dealing with their customers one on one. I had cancel my whole order due for one of the items being out of stock, but that’s weird it was in stock when I bought it through their website. I was waiting for on update on my order, which I placed on June 8th. I waited a week and a half for any kind update on my order. I had to reach out to their customer service just for them to tell me I had to ether wait for the item to get in stock or they can refund my order. I told them to kindly update my order to the red case, so they could ship it out. The person I was talking to was named Stephanie and she informed me she has no power to update my my order, which just shows you guys use a third party system. I find it hard to believe a company can’t just update an order on their end. I’m just curious if I didn’t contact you guys about this issue would you guys have done anything? I’ve been waiting now for more than 15 days. I bought the case while it was still in stock, but now it’s unavailable. I have to say this is by far one of the worst experiences with your company. Your support email you guys provide in my transaction is mumba@gomumba. com, which isn’t even the email for your support. I had to scavenge hunt on your socials just try find the right email. So please just cancel my order, so I can avoid this company at all cost.
