Green Goo

Hello Again Frank, Please visit my website GreenGoo.com and notice we are a US Based company selling plant based first aid salves. We do not sell strimmers - or have batteries or sell in the UK or own the website greengoo.co.uk. Please move your review to the appropriate company. Kind regards, Green Goo in the USA - Family owned and operated Hello Frank, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand your frustration. I do need to clarify an important point: We are Green Goo (based in the United States), a small family-owned company specializing in plant-based first‐aid and body-care products. Green Goo We are not the same as the company you’re referring to, nor are we affiliated with the UK site or the yard equipment seller you mentioned. I’ve checked — there is a UK company by a similar name: Greengoo Limited (registered in England, company number 07191098). The website you are looking for is greengoo.co.uk not greengoo.com Because your review is posted under our Trustpilot profile, it is unfortunately causing significant confusion and is harming our family business and reputation, for which I hope you’ll understand our concern. Would you kindly remove or edit your review on our Trustpilot listing and repost it on the correct company’s page (likely the UK or European vendor that sold you the yard equipment)? Your effort would mean a lot to us and help clear up the misunderstanding for other customers. If you’re ever interested in our plant-based care products, we’d be more than happy to welcome you to try them — just reach out, and we’d love to help. Thank you for your understanding and for considering this request. Warm regards Kelly Green Goo Team
