Update: 
Since posting this review and opening a new support ticket, the refund has been transferred by Greenote. 
I therefore added one star to the rating.

Original review:

Overall, I'm very happy with my Greenote vacuum cleaner, and it's still performing very well. However, I have the following issue regarding my most recent order:

This January, I ordered a 6-pack HEPA filters (2 per box, so 12 filters) for about €53.
Afterward, I received the following message: 
'Hello, we're very sorry. We're writing to you because the product in your order USGN8333 is currently out of stock, with only 2 units in inventory. Therefore, we will send you two boxes of filter cartridges and refund the remaining 4 boxes. Is that okay with you?'

Perfectly understandable, and I agreed. 

Unfortunately, it's now almost 3 months later and the refund still hasn't arrived, and I'm no longer receiving any response to my repeated emails reminding Greenote of the agreed refund.

That's why I'm trying it this way now. Greenote, if you're reading this, I'd appreciate receiving the promised refund for order USGN8333, plus a confirmation. Thanks in advance!

Absolute shocking company. Bought a vacuum less than two years ago and worked lovely until it would not charge. Checked for any blockages or dirty terminals etc. still wouldn’t charge so contacted the company who gave me a check list which I had done all but done it again and still won’t charge I have sent ten or more emails and I get no response. It’s still under warranty but what good is it if the company ignores you
My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY

My greenote stick vac will no longer charge with the supplied charger. Vac doesn’t show any light on. Tried using another charger. The light comes on the vac but it doesn’t move from the first light to the second or third after numerous hours. Vac less than a year old. Haven’t contacted  Greenote as probably wasting time and effort after reading a review on Trustpilot. This was the 2nd Greenote stick vac I bought for my son before my own Greenote vac started to have problems.

False advertising and non-existent customer support! Adden at Greenote customer support never responds to warranty issues or when problems arise, only when they want to sell you something. They claim a three year warranty, but my Greenote vacuum cleaner broke in less than two years and customer support won’t honor the warranty they promised, since they don’t even respond to emails. Never buy Greenote vacuums, I’ll be filing a legal complaint considering this is against the Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament, Article 6(1) of the directive, the Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB) § 443 and § 477 and the Konsumentköplagen (1990:932) among others.
