Thanks so much, Jean!

You're absolutely correct that Pure Ratios has changed their manufacturing process with the intent of creating a better patch. The CBD is not injected into the center cotton pad instead of applied to the adhesive and then covered in cotton. We agree that you see some disintegration of that cotton, but it shouldn't have an impact on the patch effectivity. If you're finding that it does, we would love to know that so we can dig into it with the manufacturer. You can reach us by phone at 616-275-1039 or by email at [email protected]

Thank you so much! We appreciate you!

Thanks so much, Lisa!

Well, that's no good, Sandra! Those Martha Stewart treats are usually a favorite, but we know some pups can be picky. We do have a guarantee on everything and are happy to swap these out for something else for your pup to try! Shoot us an email at [email protected] or give us a call at 616-275-1039 and we will get you taken care of :)
