So glad we could level up your workspace. Enjoy every creative session! (2026-08-03): Hi Jeremiah, 8 months in and still going strong — that's exactly what we love to hear! Enjoy your chair! (2026-08-03): Hi Will, Wow, thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review! An 8-hour gaming session with zero discomfort and a 3-year-old chair still going strong — that's exactly what we build for. Your wife is lucky to have such a dedicated builder! We look forward to being there for your next upgrade too. (2026-08-03): Hi J. Cook, Thank you! Super comfortable is what we're all about. Enjoy! (2026-08-03): Hi Tera, Thank you! Quality, sturdiness, and style — we're glad it all came through. Enjoy your chair! (2026-08-03): Hi Ashly, Thank you for your loyalty — it truly means a lot to us. We're so sorry the delayed shipping and product issues affected what should have been a special birthday. We've reached out to you directly and hope to hear back soon so we can make this right. (2026-08-03): Hi Sergio, we’re thrilled to hear that you love the chair and that it’s exactly what you’ve been needing. We truly appreciate your support and hope you enjoy it for many years to come! (2026-08-02): Hi Kyree, Easy assembly and hitting champ in Siege — that's a win! Glad the chair is part of your setup. Keep climbing! (2026-08-02): Hi Andrew, We're sorry the chair didn't work out for you and that our resolution fell short of your expectations. We've reached out to you directly and hope to hear back soon so we can make this right.
