When a chargeback is raised, our system automatically places the refund on hold, as only one resolution (either through the bank or the merchant) can be completed. We can see that the chargeback case has been resolved, and the refund should now be issued directly by your bank to your original form of payment.

Upon further investigation, we can confirm that the reservation was successfully processed as a Flex ticket in the amount of $773.67. Our records indicate that this is the fare that was confirmed at the time of booking.

We also noted that the reservation was subsequently cancelled per your request within the applicable 24-hour window, and a full refund was processed accordingly. Our system shows that you have acknowledged receipt of the refund. Please note that while refunds are issued immediately on our end, the timeframe for the funds to reflect depends on the bank’s processing period.
