Within a month of using Haizol as our go to platform for sourcing, we've sourced 2 existing products and one new one at incredible costs. Haizol brings something other platforms don't which is the ability to compare quotes side by side quickly allowing a more granular selection. 100% Recommended
It is a great platform for suppliers to get in a easy, fast and uncomplicated way to receive many quotes for any requirements.
I just received a shipment from Shenzen QBH Technology LTD that I booked through Sol Augustines at Haizol. The parts are fantastic. Fit and finish is great. QBH also communicated with us well through the process and sent pictures and QC data. Excellent supplier and great service through Sol as always.
We have always had good experiences with Haizol. We've had a variety of items quoted and our account manager Liam is always very helpful.
My account manager William has been incredibly helpful when it comes to sourcing parts. Whenever I put a quote in he approves it very quickly and manufacturers start responding right away. I would recommend him to anyone looking to outsource parts.
Cris did a great service and introduced the platform. Tomas
Hi Michael, thank you for your kind words, it is much appreciated. Thank you for choosing Haizol and we hope to continue supporting you in the future.
I have found Haizol very valuable for our business needs. Sol Augustino’s has been very helpful and I find her to be an excellent person to support our production requirements. Yours truly, Ed Levy—Managing Director DIMENSIONAL DESIGN
Hi Ed, thank you for your feedback, it is really appreciated. We will let Sol know too, have a great weekend!
It’s a great platform, I found 4 reliable suppliers from Haizol, & the price was lower than what I’ve had before. When I upload my drawings I get a price fast, very convenient!
Hi Aimeri, we are very pleased you found 4 reliable suppliers with us, we spend a lot of time pre vetting suppliers before they go onto our site so our buyers receive the best service and manufacturers. Thank you and have a great weekend!
The service appears a convenient 'short cut' way to obtain multiple quotes for manufacturing and may suit other businesses more than mine. There is very little to distinguish between suppliers in order to allow a clear choice or to give confidence. The main criterion is to find one supplier who can deliver to the required quality and on time. Mission-critical projects require a trusted relationship between client and supplier and this takes time and effort to build.
Thank you for your feedback David. We appreciate the service is not for everyone. The way we position ourselves is a platform which enables buyers worldwide to source suppliers who fit specific criteria to quote on their project. The filters on the website are there to help the customer distinguish between suppliers, such as factory size, capabilities, capacity, employee number, certifications. Once quotes are received, you can also chat with the suppliers directly, which Haizol are happy to assist with. Thank you for trying the platform out, and should you need more assistance and want to give us another try, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly, we would be very happy to guide you through the process.
The Haizol quotes are typically cheaper in my local manufacturer's quotes. I love my account manager, I belive that he want the best for me and protect me from being scamed. The bad side, is that I have to wait long for the orders, most of the suppliers are from china, but its okay.
Hi Narevka, thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear you found our quotes were cheaper than the market, and that your account manager was fully assisting you, this is exactly what we strive to deliver for each and every customer who uses our platform. Sorry you had to wait a while for your order, we would be happy to look into what happened for you there. We look forward to you using Haizol again.
Hi Dave, thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated!

Haizol is not to be trusted. On June 12 2020 we signed a contract with a supplier through Haizol for 300 units due to arrive in Nov 2020. We sent them an $8729 deposit. They never did the job. Only after hiring a lawyer did we get back $7976.26 two hundred days after the project was due. Haizol was no help. We lost months of time. We lost the project. We did not get a full return. I will never do business with Haizol again.
We understand where you are coming from and it saddens us a lot that you had to through this situation, Jonathan. We believe that we made you understand the role of Haizol on this process and please remember that since you informed your Account Manager about the project being withdrawn by the supplier on March 25, 2021, our team immediately assisted you in reaching out to the supplier to give you back the refund as soon as possible.
Still being harrassed by this company after telling them several times, That I am no interested in the services they offer. They have been harrassing me through email, phone calls, whatsapp, etc, for the last 4-5 months!!!! Almost unbeliveable behaviour!
