Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize that you were disappointed with the peaches. We are glad that we submitted a refund for you.
Thank you so much for the kind words and the recommendation! We work hard to make sure every order arrives fresh and ready to enjoy, so this is wonderful to hear. We hope to see you again soon!
Nothing like fresh-squeezed Valencia juice! We're so glad they arrived in great shape and that you're enjoyed every drop. Thank you for sharing that with us!
That's the sweetest thing! There's nothing better than sharing fresh, juicy peaches with the whole family. Thank you so much for your loyalty!
We are so sorry for the frustration with that first delivery, and we completely understand how disappointing that must have been. We're really glad our customer service team was able to get a replacement out to you quickly, and even happier to hear the fruit was worth the wait! We have forwarded your comments to our appropriate department. Thank you for sticking with us through the trouble!
What a lovely way to celebrate two special occasions at once! We're so glad the cherries were a hit and that we could help you find the perfect gift for your friends. Thank you for thinking of us!
Thank you so much for the glowing review! We're thrilled everything arrived well and that you enjoyed the fruit and the cookies too. We can't wait to see you back again soon!
Thank you so much! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the fruit and that our customer care team took good care of you. We look forward to sending something delicious your way again soon.
Thank you for your feedback. We will reach out to you directly.
Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize that you were disappointed with the citrus. We are glad that you contacted us for a refund.
Thank you for the kind words about your ordering experience, and we're sorry the follow-up took more effort than it should have. That's not the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate your patience in seeing it through. We're glad the refund was resolved and we truly look forward to helping you find the perfect gift box when our Fall collection is available. We'll make sure the next experience is a seamless one!
Thank you for your feedback. We will reach out to you directly.
Thank you so much for sharing this! We're glad the website made it easy to find just the right gift, and even happier to hear your family enjoyed the oranges, grapefruit, and tangerines. We hope to help you find the perfect gift again soon!
Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize that you were disappointed with the citrus. We are glad that you contacted us for a refund of the spoiled pieces. If you are satisfied with our customer service, please consider amending your review. We greatly appreciate your business.
Thank you for the kind words! We're so glad the fruit arrived fresh and well packed, and that you were able to take advantage of a great deal. We hope to see you again soon!
What a wonderful compliment, thank you! It means so much to hear that every shipment has hit the mark, and we couldn't agree more about the Ruby Red Grapefruit. We hope the mangos exceed your expectations and keep that streak going strong!
Thank you for your feedback. We will reach out to you directly.
Thank you for the wonderful feedback! We're so glad the oranges hit the spot, and we know the next shipment will be just as delicious. We look forward to delivering more grove-fresh fruit to your door!
