### ★☆☆☆☆ The product (christmas decor snowman…
- Therese Kaulback · 2026-10-21

The product (christmas decor snowman with 6 candles centerpiece) showed 6 candles lit up. When I received this product only 3 candles lit up. When I brought it up with seller I was told that only 3 candles were lit. I proceeded to provide the advertised pictures it clearly showed 6 candles lit up. Seller offered $3 then re offered $7. I do not want the product at all with only 3 working candles.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Very poor

Very poor. No communication, no tracking for parcel allegedly sent, refused refund. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THEM

### ★★★☆☆ Great quality...but I'm left on my own to figure out how to finish this.
- Tam Hisatake Bumgardner · 2026-09-02

The image of finish product is beautiful and the supplies seem to be of great quality. Additionally, the company kept me well informed of the shipping/tracking. However, the instructions to assemble this product are very limited and some descriptions are either wrong or missing.
