I have been a mostly satisfied Celsius user for over a year, with a fairly large account. However, not only has Celsius been consistently overpromising and underdelivering, they have also fallen significantly behind on their rates, particularly for BTC, ETH, and stables.
Not only does Haru have much higher rates, but I like the ability to lockup coins in exchange for a higher and fixed (and thereby more predictable) rate. Haru is the perfect platform for true HODLers. Ironically, Celsius markets themselves for HODLers, yet they do not have this feature.
Haru support (via email and Telegram) has been very responsive, for now. A Haru employee was also kind enough to spend some time answering my questions about the company. I like that Haru has been able to consistently roll out new products (including Freeze, which is a very interesting and potentially useful idea) even with a small team.
All things considered, it was enough to overcome the (considerable) inertia and move a large portion of my funds from Celsius into Haru. I had been content with accepting a lower rate at Celsius in exchange for the security that comes with them being a relatively known quantity, but the differences were becoming too great to ignore. So far, my experience with Haru has been pleasant and smooth. Their app is perhaps lacking a bit of polish (e.g localization mistakes like "Accumulated Earning" instead of "Accumulated Earnings"), but overall very functional and serviceable.
I'm looking forward to seeing how things continue to develop at Haru!

Hi, I am a crypto enthusiast, who loves yield farming.
At the time Haru currently pay great a great yield and it is returned in the same coin as you invest with, e.g BTC, so no having to buy a platform token, when really all you want is what Haru Invest are offering: to obtain yield on your top tier cypto / stablecoin.
I love how easy it is to use the cite and track my earnings. The extra security layers available make me feel like my investments are safe, and I found the explanations about low risk market neutral strategies very informative and reassuring. I also like the different options from Haru earn plus to explore. In a volatile and fast moving crypto market, the longer lock up periods are periods are a blessing in disguise, helping me think long term and invest more soundly.

Hands down the best way to make passive income with your crypto! They are democratizing tools available only to brokerages, hedge funds, investment firms and letting average Joe's take part. Arbitrage, high frequency trading, liquidity pools. Name any other financial product that allows average people to do that with a few clicks!

Haru offers some of the most lucrative yield on crypto in the space. After doing homework on the people behind it I decided to use it and trust it. It's been good to me so far.
I've been using Haru for ~2.5 months and so far the experience has been great. Previously I used Nexo for my bitcoin, but was never a fan of having to buy a proprietary token for the best rates, which still pale in comparison to Haru. After weeks of careful research, I started off dipping my toes in the water with Earn Plus and now have most of my funds invested in Earn Explore. Customer support seems good and I haven't had a problem moving funds in and out - I highly recommend it!
Good interest rate, interesting products but above all very good and extra fast support. I am - so far - very satisfied.
I invested my money at Haruinvest in the products "Surf with the volatility", "Farming just got easier" and "Earn Plus" and split the money a bit and check the features.
With "Earn Plus" is so that you get the interest for the deposited money daily, with the other products once a month, after the interest has been calculated. It is nice that you can decide for all products whether they should be automatically extended or not. So you can, for example, short-term and only for a period of time to invest the crypto and then pay out, if you have other uses for it.
