When it arrived it was definitely a large hat It is of a very poor quality ( reminds you of something you would buy at a party store). The two hats sent were nothing like I ordered, in fact they were like a childs fancy dress. Quality was like a toy hat. BEWARE!!! I wrote to them then lodged a complaint with PayPal. They came back and said they would provide a 100% refund but I need to cancel my claim with PayPal because it stops the refund. SCAMMED AGAIN; They never gave a refund and would not reply to my emails and because I closed the claim with PayPal it cannot reopen. This company needs to be stopped. Its a SCAM. Both hats looked like they were throwaway cheap holiday hats and did not look like the hats I ordered . I asked for a refund but was only offered 5 percent of the original cost and a return address in China should I not accept. I asked for the UK return address- no reply . I reported them to my bank . The seller then sent me three emails , one adorned with a red rose , one with a large red love heart and the final with a large red broken heart. The last two e mails pleaded with me to cancel my bank’s enquiries/actions stating that I would be paid in full if I cancelled my complaint . But … I would only get paid after I had stopped my dispute/complaint . I didn’t stop the dispute and the seller repaid the money to my bank . What arrived was a completely different, cheap quality item, not matching the product listing or what I ordered at all. I refused the package at my local post office as soon as I inspected it, and it was returned to the sender. I never accepted or kept the incorrect item. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they did not offer to simply refund me. Instead, they proposed a 10% partial refund with no return required, then, when I refused, they offered 15%, then 30% while explicitly telling me not to file a dispute through PayPal because "the dispute processing time will be very long." Each time I declined, the offer changed, which felt less like customer service and more like a tactic to wear customers down into accepting less money. I ultimately opened a dispute directly through PayPal with full documentation.
