As discussed in our chat, the vendor confirmed that the package was shipped with the proper postage, so they are unsure why the carrier indicated that delivery could not be completed due to unpaid postage. We completely understand that you would have preferred to receive a replacement instead. Unfortunately, the refund has already been initiated and can no longer be canceled or reversed. Regarding the refund amount, we provided a detailed breakdown of how the discount applied to your order was prorated. When you combine the monetary refund with the discount being credited back to your account, the total value comes to $84.98, which is the full value of the two items. As we also mentioned during our chat, if you place a new order for the same items, you'll still qualify for free shipping, even if the order total is under $99. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're truly sorry for the frustration this experience has caused. (2026-07-23): Thank you for reaching out and for letting us know about your experience.
