This is the worst company in the…

This is the worst company in the globe! They have no phone number, so you can't even talk with them. The numbers are wrong! I've emailed them over 7times, they say send us pictures, which I did. They will not return my money! They said I could keep them and they'd give me 10% back! Crazy, they don't fit! I'm turning them in, as I've had it. 0 stars

Fake everything

Fake everything. Charges credit card, gives fake shipping info, lies and never ships goods. Ripoff!

I orddred some xiaomi reddit Buds 3 (november received in januar, which were working around 5- 10 times usage. Than those headphones required always connection of the charger Box to the Power plug to get them on. Asked Support but didnt received any answer up to now. I am happy if I would be able to Update this Review after the issue has been solved.

New upcoming E-web Shop

New upcoming E-web Shop Done a video about this company. You can find it on my youtube channel, type Hekka review by TechUtopia. 1. They have great products, original and brand new. 2. They offer one of the lowest prices on the market 3. They make a lot of promotion events 4. They offer discount coupons 5. They also make free delivery promotions sometimes 6. My product came in great condition. Hope they add more products, and also hope they add more shipping methods! So far I only have good comments about this company.

Relentless spammers who send emails…

Update: This PATHETIC company is now trying to do damage control by replying to complaints (some posted last year). They are claiming to unsubscribe email addresses from their SPAM list???? Hekka, how do you know what email address to remove from your SPAM list? Trustpilot doesn't give out reviewers personal information! Looks like your SPAM email back in April begging for Trustpilot reviews didn't pay off, did it? lol Relentless spammers who send emails loaded with scripts and trackers. I wouldn't take the garbage they sell for free.

Good enough for price

Item arrived a little late but no issues with the quality so far

I am very satisfied with Hekka.com products. I bought a mini Bluetooth speaker from Lenovo at a very affordable price. Good build quality, much more audio and good quality. Shipping is fast, the package arrived in about 10 working days taking into account that I live in Sardinia. I will purchase again. HEKKA COUNCIL.
