They repeatedly ignored my requests for a return / full refund until I thretened to raise a dispute through PayPal or my bank. In addition, it appears that they provided a fake return address too as my item is being held in the country of origin since 28/09/26 with the item purchased on 11/09/26. The company maintains a 30‑day return policy, and the wig remains unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all accompanying materials. The wig is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, the color is immaculate! Even better in person and I was pleased that it had no smell. It's beautifully curled and styled, so there's not much you need to do with it. Unfortunately, I honestly probably won't be able to wear the wig until January of 2027, due to my hair being adorned with cornrows already. I am more than EXCITED to wear this beautiful piece on my head!
