I am building a new set up for a new desk area and purchased the Deak Matt bundle. Upon receipt of the bundle I had some questions about differences from the original product. Hexcal’s customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I will be ordering a new Hexcal Studio in the fall. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Far too expensive for what it offers - Kamil Hendzel · 2026-07-27 Unfortunately, the Hexcal Studio has been a very disappointing purchase. The top surface scratches surprisingly easily when it is used as a monitor stand, which is particularly disappointing for a product in this price range. The built-in LED lighting is also impractical to control. You have to press the buttons repeatedly to cycle through the settings and reach the colour, brightness, or configuration you want. This could have been designed much better, for example with a dial, or dedicated preset buttons The connectivity is another major weakness. Although the Studio has eight AC outlets, it provides only four USB connections in total, and two of those are simply USB 2.0 bridging ports. Considering the size of the unit, there is clearly enough space for more useful ports. A proper integrated USB hub or port multiplier should be standard in a product like this, especially at this price. In everyday use, its only genuinely useful function is hiding loose and hanging cables inside the compartment. Apart from that, it feels like an extremely expensive, plastic-heavy cable box with a removable lid rather than the advanced workstation it is advertised as. The price is completely disproportionate to the functionality and practical value it provides. A very poor purchase for the money. ### ★★★★★ I placed an order for the Hexcal Heavy… - Matt · 2026-04-30 I placed an order for the Hexcal Heavy Duty monitor arm but there was a misshap and they shipped me a standard single monitor arm. I reached out to support via email and they replied VERY quickly stating they would send the correct product. I've never gotten a customer service response by a real person this fast before. The issue was resolved and I appreciate the team. ### ★★★★★ HEXCAL Support - Bryan · 2025-12-18 I’ve been using the HEXCAL small monitor arm with my 34" curved monitor for over a year, and it’s been fantastic for my WFH setup. Even in a small space, it freed up a ton of desk room and looks great. The arm has held up really well, and when the VESA mount recently cracked, HEXCAL’s customer support was outstanding, they immediately arranged a replacement even though I was out of warranty. Excellent product and even better service. Highly recommend! ### ★★★★★ Hexcal team very responsive and helpful - Suleyman Orazgulyyev · 2025-12-04 Hexcal team was very responsive and was eager to resolve my issue. My order wasn't fully fulfilled and without any questions asked they sent the missing items. Very nice and helpful!! ### ★★★★★ I have been using this company's…Desk products and accessories - William C · 2025-12-04 I have been using this company's product for a couple of years. The standing desk and Hexcal Studio and a bunch of other desk accessories are high quality, easy to maintain. What's more important, they make my work-from-home experience better. I will definitely purchase more products from Hexcal. ### ★★★★★ High Quality Products - Lucy Jiang · 2025-07-15 The Hexcal Studio is so high-quality and sturdy! --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/hexcal.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/hexcal.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
