Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many consumers noted that their purchases failed to arrive after months of waiting, while online tracking information suddenly stopped updating or provided inaccurate details. People expressed deep frustration with the customer service team, stating they received repetitive, unhelpful replies and faced outright refusals when asking for refunds. Though some customers eventually received their packages after extensive delays, reviewers frequently found the items to be damaged, faulty, or made from extremely cheap materials. Buyers strongly advised others to exercise caution when purchasing through these social media advertisements.

They were unable to provide a photo of delivery. Refused to confirm a refund just an automatic response telling me to track and check with neighbours. Shockingly poor - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Absolutely useless. Lost parcel takes no responsibility for this . No refund .5 weeks and cannot track parcel
I ordered a make up bag early November. Initially I was getting multiple emails updating me about the progress of delivery. Then nothing. I emailed the company and they said they would send another but also chase the delivery company and update me. Over a week ago now and not a word. DO NOT buy anything from this company.
Awful customer service ordered makeup bag oct 31st still not received it emailed was told to wait emailed again last wk as no longer having delivery updates they stopped two wks ago and still refusing to refund and told to be patient Phoning bank for refund please don’t use them awful awful awful
Ordered on 30th oct. Never arrived and no response to emails. Which I had read the reviews before placing order! Annoyed with myself.
Items did not arrive. Now their customer support is not responding to any emails. Terrible company. Avoid at all cost
Disgusting treatment. Never received the item. Emailed numerous times to be told “be patient the goods are in transit”. This is now over 2 months. I have now got my bank involved. AVOID THIS FALSE COMPANY
Ordered a make up bag in November They took more money than it stated. Offered refund. Still no make up bag nearly 5 weeks later. Fake tracking updates. Still saying in USA customs!!! Absolute scammers!! So annoyed 😠
This company is a scam! DO Not Purchase from them! Took £56 for a £43 order that I never received. Shame on them.
do not buy anything from this company.Item has been stuck in transit for 6 weeks and they don’t care.Save yourself time and effort steer well clear!
Ordered on 29th October. Sent various emails about the parcel status. It has never arrived, sounds like lots of other people have had the same experience. Just need to somehow try and get my money back now!!!
Fraudulent company. You receive fake emails about delivery updates. Nothing ever arrived. Currently taking this up with fraud with my credit card company.
Items never arrived, constantly fobbed off by so called customer service. The tracking site is fictional, according to the website my order has travelled extensively in the US, arrived in the UK and is now touring China. Scammers. Avoid at all costs
Keep emailing them to say I want a refund keep making excuses finially got paypal to give me a refund till they investigate. Asked facebook to take them down they refused
Items never arrive, they also try to take more money from your account than the order. Fake courier and tracking information. Fake customer service. Apparently from US but my bank's fraud team have identified they are based in Hong Kong. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY
My wife ordered make up bags for approx £35 but an additional “tax” of £7 was added to my credit card bill. I contacted customer services and advised I wished to cancel the order, however, they refunded the extra payment and advised the order could not be cancelled as it had already been dispatched. I regularly requested a delivery date but all I received was what I believed as a false shipping updates. I was informed the goods had arrived in the UK but after waiting almost 5 weeks since ordering the goods I contacted my credit card company and requested a refund. The shipping details indicate the goods were manufactured in the USA but credit card payment was made to a Hong Kong bank! Be wary of adverts on Facebook / Instagram.
Ordered 2 makeup bags on a link on Facebook over a month ago, never received the goods, I’ve since learnt not to order by clicking the link, but should go direct to the company website after checking out on Trustpilot.
Scammers !!! I bought 2 necklaces as a gift to my daughter on ends of October and I never received, tracking number stopped the updates in November . I did contact the customer service by email and they asked me to wait a bit more, I’m sure they are just gaining time and never will refund me !! 🤬
Yes, I got robbed too. 2mths after 'despatch' my parcel apparently went missing in the UK. They fobbed ne off several times and finally when I said they were being dishonest, they said ... "Sorry to keep you waiting. We checked the tracking information but there is no updates， your package may have been lost，so we can not receive the parcel neither. We are so sorry for what happened. In this case, we have two solutions for you: 1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. 2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund. Waiting for your choice. Thanks for your understanding." So, I can have a refund minus the cost of the item plus shipping? Zero them, yes? Not happy.
Terrible company terrible customer service do not buy. Bought a word board game and it arrived in a bashed up box with the game cards missing. So unplayable. Was offered £1 refund. Not even a replacement set of cards. Have since seen the same board game (original not FAKE) on Amazon for less money. Do not buy cheap rubbish
