I bought a 3D Sculpted Octopus Collector's Edition Bottle that you're supposed to be able to be able to fill with Kraken. The photo looks great on the website and it was on offer so I bought one for my husband. It took almosyt 3 months to arrive and only after numerous emnails back and forth with the company and when it got here it is tiny. The size of my palm and it looks like they have peeled the label of a kraken bottle and stuck it on there. It looks cheap and tacky and nothing like the product image. Anyway, not impressed at all.

I was kept informed of my order progress and expected delivery date. It was quicker than I expected.
The product is reasonably good value for what I paid, but I feel that the quality is oversold in the adverts. It is merely plastic clip-lock storage, typically sold elsewhere, but with an inbuilt "colander" device. Hopefully it does as it claims and maintains freshness of fruit, berries, and vegetables in my fridge.
I ordered a gift for my son from this company on 8th of May. After numerous attempts to get a tracking number from them regarding the status of my shipment,I was repeatedly blown off with vague references to shipping updates and customs delays,never once did they give me an actual tracking number. I contacted my credit card company who have now refunded me. Don’t waste your time or money on these scammers. As of today my item is still not here and I don’t believe they even sent it. I have the emails to back up my claims if trust pilot need verification of my claims.
Quick delivery & item was exactly as described. I ordered the sunglasses that sit over your prescription glasses & they work perfectly. Great product & genuine company.

Ordered two pairs of mule type slippers, my wife complained they were too loose so wanted to return/replace them with a different item. Label address in the UK so that should be easy?
Offered to pay return postage.
Company refused, offered £3 for us to keep them and took ages to answer, then we found out they had overcharged us originally. Once advised of the overcharge, they eventually offered this back with a £1 sweetener. No Apology. No £3 as before.
Stay away from this company, shoddy goods and really bad customer relationship.
⚠️ WARNING: Won’t accept returns from UK, it wasn’t clear at purchase they ship from China. Shoe was too loose, they offered me £3 compensation and suggested I regift them to a friend. Online clothing sales should always facilitate returns as there’s no way to try them beforehand.
Don’t but anything from these people they are scammers… the goods they advertise are not as they are in reality and although they have a returns policy if you try to return they refuse to accept and will not refund..
they are based in Singapore and are just absolutely scum…
