I contacted customer support shortly afterward to request a refund and explained that I had not used any credits or paid features. Support initially offered alternative refund options and later informed me that a 6% fee would be deducted. I asked for confirmation of the final refund amount, whether any additional fees would apply, and whether my subscription would remain cancelled. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a response to those questions. I understand that refund processing can take time, and I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and promptly in accordance with the company's published refund policy.
