They claim to have no fees but they really just charge them on the "spread." In one transaction I lost 4% due to the "spread" of $80; Kraken and Binance both showed a spread of $1 with a fee of 0.25% at the same time for the same currency exchange. When I wrote Hodlnaut's customer service about it, they looked into it and basically told me tough luck and I didn't hear back after that. So either they are fraudulent in their "no fees" claim or simply aren't competitive with other exchanges.
