### ★☆☆☆☆ If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for a fog machine on the official website after 3 weeks of not receiving it, I tried contacting the provided email for support on their website for "refund." They responded back saying the item was out of stock (even though I could still order it again on their website) and that I should contact Amazon support (when I did not purchase the item from Amazon.) Their "support" team just keeps running me in circles and at this point I've been scammed out of $100. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
