My credit card was billed on the same date. The product was never delivered and every attempt to contact HOMEHEIL has been unsuccessful. When I was finally able to track the package the message said "Express delivery by July 17." My customer service experience has been very poor. ### ★☆☆☆☆ Have not received the item. - GB · 2026-05-01 · 已验证 Have not received the item. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I never received the order - Claudia Zertuche · 2026-04-04 · 已验证 I never received the order. When they did, I compared the new case to my old genuine apple case and it’s close…but I’m not sure this one is the real deal. Subtle differences in the buttons, the font, the color and there is a visible seam along the sides that the Apple case does not have. Also one of the side buttons is just a hole and is very flimsy and will likely break quickly. I left them a one star review on their site but I bet they won’t publish it. Wish I’d read reviews here first, next time I’m going to order directly from Apple. ### ★☆☆☆☆ NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER - GREG VARGO · 2026-02-06 NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER , I THINK THEY ARE A SCAM !!!!! ### ★★★☆☆ Nothing - Makayi Johnson · 2026-02-03 · 已验证 It was alright I would appreciate having my order in English and a better method of checking the status of my order --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/homeheil.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/homeheil.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
