Firstly the delivery is AWFUL, 2 months and then only delivered after I contacted complaints. That seem to be the norm. So the summer was over before I got my shirt. I think they oversell too many designs and cant manage it. Frankly the shirt has a very bright print but I am not convinced about the material, not pleasant if it is warm. After a month we emailed and asked where our product was, they let us know they had not shipped the shirts yet. We asked for a refund 3 times since nothing was shipped and we were on a time crunch. Customer service never responded and shipped the shirts anyways. When the shirts arrived, they were poor quality and the sizes did not match what their sizing charts said. The shirts are really good quality. My only issue is the time it takes to arrive. The longest Ive waited over 5 or 6 different orders is 7 weeks from order to them arriving but my last order was place 2nd Dec 2025 and it still hasn't arrived. 10 weeks and 4 days since order. Ive tried to contact multiple times through the website and facebook messages but no reply at all. I'm not sure why as I really want the shirts.
