I was told the parcel was to be signed for however the courier confirmed this was not sent to be signed on delivery. My order went missing. The sender was unhelpful and lacked responsibility. I informed the bank of the exact situation and i have all the evidence and reports. After weeks of waiting i was entitled to this because like i said you lacked responsibility and kept passing me on. No negotiation was offered as i was passed on to royal mail each time. This was not sudden please check your dates or if you like i can rejog your memory.
