Poor service have not received my 50lb left hand right hand take down bow set which cost £92. Something...I have tried to sign into account to track items but my account has been disabled... this company is fake they dont send items!! Edited my order name is Lucan Morris... they read reviews but nothing else

Good quality but missing item.

purchse a whole package including bow and arrow, hand guard, carrier and target. took 40 days to receive. Consider it's covid, it's okay. However, when i receive items, target is missing. When i emailed to asked what happened. They said the amount i paid for included the mailing fee and therefore no target. Now, there's is no where in the website saying that if i pay the full amount it would Not include the target. They says no shipment fee is what i understand. I just find that the pricing is Not clear and it tricks u into purchsing the whole package without giving u a target. Other than that, all the parts received are in good quality, I am quite satisfied with them. Easy to use for me and my son.

Had a package lost in the US, the seller had no part in the delay and the arrows are hardy! Like em now that i have em!

Overall good bow, would buy another

The bow seems to be very good for it's price, and huntingdoor were very communicative and helpful. My only downside is the string the bow came with. Unwaxed and modern, which is why the offer the wax on purchase I presume. And, see depending on where you source your arrows/how you make them, you may have to file the nock to get the string to fit nicely. It would also be nice if the colour of the string matched the colour of the bow, but that's just an aesthetic issue. Overall, it is a good bow for the price. I would definitely consider purchasing another at some point in the future.

Replaced damaged goods no arguments

Got a Black Hunter bow from here, the riser was damaged (supplier's fault), HD sent out a replacement straight away which is pretty good considering it's a cheap bow, so can't say fairer than that.

Not a very good company to deal with the items that they send and not what they claim to provide they leave parts your order out the quality of the equipment that they give you in exchange for your purchase is of poor quality and not what you have ordered substitution is what they give you I would not recommend there promise

Reconsider before using this company.

I'd ordered some recurve bow limbs and other accessories under the impression that they'd had UK stock for these items and that they'd be with me soon only to find later on shipping it's on way from China. before all of this though I'm correspondence via email they didn't have my original order either and had to swap the item out for lesser limbs. if you're reading this then I'd severely reconsider before you use this company to buy the items that you'd like and go elsewhere as it'll save you alot of time and hassle.
