I feel that i always have contact with the company is something should go wrong or i have questions on the shipping status,
My bow has arrived
My bow has arrived. I love it. You did everything you said you would do. My only issue was in the time span between shipment and delivery. I tried to track the item, but could not tell the status. I just had to wait and wonder. Perhaps antisipation makes the incident sweeter! I have not had time to outfit the bow and shoot it.
Never received my item
My order has been delayed a month but I received a polite phone call from a representative with an explanation and solution. For that specifically I offer a high rating.

It took some time coming from China but it is what i ordered. I assume trump's tariffs had a lot to do with it. I haven't use these yet but love the turkey feathers flights.
