What’s the use of having a phone number to give help to people if nobody answers it , and that was the main reason I bought iCarsoft for their stated Support. You have to communicate by email and that takes a day or so to get a response back , so if you’re in a hurry and need help fast, you gotta wait and wait and wait. . Other than that, everything seems to be fine. The unit works great and immediately showed me 2 failures in my car that did not trigger a check engine light and i was not even aware of the faults. Was able to fix and it cleared both faults . As for the VW and Porsche i did not have a chance to use them yet but i am sure it will act like it did on my Benz. Nice unit, I will definitely recommend and buy again.
