### ★☆☆☆☆ Stay away from this supplier
- Calvin Tran · 2026-04-14

Stay away from this supplier. Easily one of the slowest and most unreliable manufacturers I’ve dealt with on Alibaba. Mila Choi took payment for a sample, never shipped it, and then fed false information during Alibaba mediation to avoid issuing a refund. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. This kind of behavior is exactly what gives overseas sourcing a bad reputation—proceed with caution or don’t proceed at all. We used 17 vendors 16 of them shipped out within 2 days. They were the only ones who didn’t.

> 商家回复 (2026-04-14): We take reviews seriously, but several statements here are inaccurate and require clarification. Regarding the claim that we “never shipped the sample” — the order was placed only one day before the demand for shipment. As this is not a ready-stock item, production time is required and immediate dispatch is not feasible.

As for the accusation of “false information during mediation,” all communication and timelines were clearly provided and can be verified through platform records. We have followed standard procedures throughout. We understand delays can be frustrating, but expecting shipment within one day for a non-stock product is not aligned with normal manufacturing practices.

We remain committed to resolving issues through proper and transparent channels.

I collaborated with this factory and I am very pleased with their services, they are quality products, the colors of the semi-permanent nail polishes are very pigmented, they are easy to apply, all their services are of quality, they respond very quickly to messages. I recommend

Stephen's personality and his giving of himself in the piano course has just made me very happy. All works extremely well and fast too and I found it hard not to wanto learn more and more and fast. I'm already learning 30 Major scales and 30 Minor scales and I even made pictures of all of them to even make it easier. My life has changed to a happier one and it is all thanks to Stephen Ridley, and to his inspiring piano course plus to his fast and lovely crew. I honestly feel I made the best decision to join and I have not and will not ever regret it. I feel I made the best decision to treat myself good. And I will also continue with the singing program too which I find is very professional too and which is included here too as is also the song writing program. If one likes music, this is definitely the best program to learn to play piano or an organ.
