What you described — gold staining during gentle cleaning and a necklace breaking after six months — is absolutely not something that should happen with our pieces, and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment this has caused. All of our jewelry is crafted from solid 14K gold, which should never stain or tarnish under any circumstances. As soon as you reached out, we did make this right. We responded immediately, offered to replace all affected pieces, and sent a complimentary return label so the pieces could come back to our atelier for replacement, along with a compensation as a token of our sincerest apologies. We also opened an internal investigation into what happened with your pieces to ensure this does not occur again. We have followed up with you several times since then to help you complete the return, and we remain fully committed to seeing this through and making things right.
